Not me. No, I’m actually leaving for New Hampshire in a couple of days for the Fall Scrapbooking Retreat with the Scrappin’ Soul Sisters, Deb and Jackie. Woo Hoo!
But it will be hard leaving my craft room behind since it has a new occupant. After a couple years of completely hogging my friend Ellen’s Epson printer at crops and the store — I have admitted that I have a problem. LOL! So I got one for myself so I can worship this printer in private. serious.printer.worship. THE FIRST STAGE IS ADMITTING YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. The problem is I didn’t own one of my own!
I’ve been working on my digital photography ‘slash’ Photoshop ‘slash’ digital scrapbooking class offerings. And yes, we must find better titles than that – I agree! And it seemed utterly ridiculous that I not include some printer-specific information on what many consider to be the top-of-the-line printer for the digital scrapbooking enthusiasts market. So yes, I am giving many excuses for my serious.printer.worship. THE SECOND STAGE IS DENIAL. I couldn’t deny myself an Epson R1800 any longer.
How quickly can one go through a package of 4×6, 5×7 and 12×12 paper? Don’t even ask about 12×12 transparencies… *poof*. Well, not yet. But soon, baby. Soon.
Parting is such sweet sorrow. *sniff* No, I’m not sniffing the ink cartridges. But that Magenta is just so purty.
I’ll type to you all after New Hampshire…
