crafting ‘death match’

At Ranger U this weekend, we had their version of the crafting ‘death match’. *winking at Ellen H.*  LOL!  But we had 2 hours on Saturday evening, to put our newfound skills and knowledge to the test and alter two 4×4 Canvas Concepts canvases for our presentation on Sunday morning to Tim Holtz and Robin Beam.

I used a bunch of fantastic Ranger Products on here, including:

Adirondack Color

Wash

in Terracotta, Wild Plum, and Lettuce – on front of canvas

Adirondack

Acrylic Paints – in Stream, Wild Plum, Espresso and Butterscotch – on edges of canvas

*Note: when stamping with Adirondack Acrylic Paints, such as the Espresso color used for stamping the zig zag stitch, you must rinse stamps immediately after using or they will be ruined*

Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks, in Stream, Wild Plum and Butterscotch on the following items:

  • Heidi Swap Ghost Letters and Flowers
  • Junkitz / Tim Holtz Frosted Squares
  • Ten Seconds Embossing Metal, silver

Adirondack Marker in Espresso, to write on canvas ‘ing’

Stamps:

Rhonna Farrer / Autumn Leaves stamps, “Swirls”

  • “My Heart Has Wings’ – no credit given

Embellishments:

Heidi Swapp Mask

Silver Charms, by Artgirlz

Paper ribbon strips, by Artgirlz

Ranger Glossy Accents
