The hit of craft fair

I love these little bandaid style tins from Provo Craft.  I’m not at home, but i wanted to share the tin as it was the HIT of a recent craft fair.  I combined it with six ‘petite’ cards, from ‘Thank You’, ‘Congratulations’, and other standard greetings.

The tins are so versatile – you can use them to store gift cards, or as a clever container for a gift card that you are giving.  It also holds business cards beautifully.

I don’t love the handle part.  It is NOT very durable, and that is unfortunate.  I think I may alter future tins and put my own handle on them.

I’m also going to paint the top of the tin, Lumiere paints possibly to dress it up on the top.  The beautiful trim does so much for it already, but the top looks bare, don’t you think?

I used Cosmo Cricket ‘Love Notes’ paper.  The ‘Cards’ is cut with Spellbinder’s Wizard, ‘Enchanted’ font on copper vellum.  The window charm is alcohol inked with Eggplant and Copper metallic.  I stamped ‘petite’ using CTMH Amour lowercase alphabet stamps and covered it with Ranger Glossy Accents.  I was able to easilly pierce the tin with a Timeless Touches multi-tool and attach the window charm with a mini brad.

Thanks for looking and have a Happy Thanksgiving!
