I love the PS006 Spirited Bunch stamp set. It has several shaped cocktail and beverage glasses as well as sayings that can be used for a variety of invitations.

For this card I chose to create a Tuscan look for a wine invitation.

I stamped the wine glass with Stazon Jet Black. Then I painted it with Art Anthology’s Velvet in Wineberry (imagine that!) to fill my glass with wine.

Then I used an Art Anthology doily stencil with Sorbet paint in Frost along the bottom of the card.

While that was drying, I used Frost Sorbet, again, but this time to ‘freeze’ my wine glass, painting the entire thing with the clear coat color. I’m doing this to create a resist for the next step.

Now, without having to mask off the wine glass, I sprayed Art Anthology Colorations in Salted Caramel over the entire background of the card. I blotted the surface, removing it from the wine glass and the doily pattern.  Then I laid a die cut over the surface to further frame my focal point, and sprayed the remaining background with Art Anthology Colorations in Cinnamon Toast. These two colors together give it that Tuscan feel. Now remove the die cut ‘mask’ and stamp the sentiment in Stazon Jet Black.

This is a quick and simple design that you could make over and over for your invitations.
