A lot of you are jumping on the bandwagon to start the Documented Life Project. Congratulations!
As I said, I made my own journal / planner pages from a weekly planner that was printed on good cardstock and have now put them into a ring binder. Many of the people in the group have purchased a Moleskin Weekly Planner and modified it for this use. Personally, I found the pages of that particular Moleskin journal to be very thin, and not conducive to creativity, even attaching items to it seems too much for the paper to handle; and you’d have to be pretty neat when creating your artwork or attach it afterwards. Sooooo…
Since you’ve committed to getting started, and January is already into week 3+; I put together a printable for you to use. FREE, of course. Yes, free!
This is formatted for 8 1/2″ x 11″, so you can easilly find a binder to put it into. It includes a weekly planner format page, with a note-taking area; as well as a journaling page blank, which is meant to be printed on the back side of each calendar page, making them two sided.
This is what they look like. (don’t right-click or save these, they are low-res for internet viewing only).

So download the files from these links:
and take them to a Fedex/Kinkos copy center to have them printed on a color laser copier on your own favorite paper. Or you can print them at home on an inkjet – but realize that they shouldn’t get too wet either unless they are laser printed.
Hopefully this will help you take the leap and get started. You aren’t behind! You can jump in now and go back to document the first three weeks a little at a time.
Hope you are having fun!
